Ai sensi dell’art. 54-bis del Codice del Consumo, se sei un consumatore privato hai il diritto di recedere dal contratto di acquisto, senza indicarne le ragioni, entro 14 giorni dal giorno in cui hai ricevuto i prodotti (o dalla conclusione del contratto in caso di servizi).
